Considering what the weather was like the event went brilliantly. The extra water and shower were a blessing. I would however recommend that maybe the race numbers were written on the side of our lower leg with a decent pen! My number came off before I got into the pool!

Very well-organised event, but with a friendly atmosphere and attractive to less-experienced athletes. Nice pool swim, lovely transition and clear, level bike route. Tiny delay for 2 cars in one village - Sherston. Run had plenty of water stations for very hot day 33c.

As always a thoroughly well organised event. The venue is beautiful. The staff are always helpful and encouraging. A special cheer for Shouty Dave. (A total legend) This event is fantastic for triathlon first timers. There is considerable support and encouragement from the staff and fellow competitors alike. The swim can be a bit of a shambles, but its not the organisers fault. The bike route is well signed and easy to follow and there are Marshalls at every turn to keep everyone safe. The run is three laps with some small undulations. This is fantastic as the cheering crown have to be passed every time. When you cross the finish line you can hear your name being. The medal is always fantastic. Very pretty and proper metal with nice ribbon attached.

A lovely event - well managed and marshalled, shame it was such a windy day... Swim was very choppy - guess there's a limit to what you can do on this - new lane ropes with baffles? Everything else went smoothly - will be back next year. Any chance of improving the burger van ...
