i would suggest that it might be more attractive if prices (money) can be spread further to the old age who would have successfully completed the event e.g all those above 50 yrs who completed the 21 km and the 42 km.

The course is great. Organisation is great. The afterparty, even greater. The BIG disappointment is the medals and race t-shirts, the medals is what we recreational runners look forward to, a keepsake reminder of the race. But the medals for 2024 were disappointing to say the list, look very cheap and uninspiring. And this is my third time running this race so I know we have had better in the past. Please look into the medal issue

What stood out was the view as we ran across the bridge, that will always be the selling point. What could be improved is the route, too many people on that same bridge made it difficult to navigate. People didn’t keep to the right as the marshals requested and at some point w...
