This is the third time I participate in the race, and my reviews have always been five-stars. This year something has changed. But good things first: the pre-race info, course navigation, expo zone were great. Thank you, I felt safe and enjoyed the running challenges What needs to be improved: - race photos: you have introduced smart automatic search this year. It doesn’t show any of my photos although I have been photographed a lot. Please provide the access to the folders with all photos for manual search! - after race communication: why do you ignore comments on Instagram? There are multiple comments regarding photos, people can’t find their photos, but you don’t reply to anything. You have read my direct message - no reply. - the start for 16k was 15 min late than expected. Why did we all do the warmup? To just stay and wait for 20-25 min in the corridor? - after race food: worse than last years. Cold pasta, plain soup and no bread. It was better in previous years Thank you for the race anyway! I hope the comment will help you improve next time
