Great and well organised event at an iconic venue. Had a great time and the organisers managed to get the most out of the area with different types of challenge. In some ways felt a little "easier" than other Spartan events, so great for beginners, but still a worthy and fun challenge!

This was my first Spartan event and now I am hooked!! This was such a great event. Everyone is excited to be there and so supportive of the other racers. All the staff and volunteers are so helpful and the course was clearly marked and easy to follow. This venue was also very easy to get to via public transportation which I appreciated. 10/10 would recommend :D 

Glad to have taken part in the UK's first Stadion Race....really enjoyed it although missed the mud!!!!! Great course and the stairs really wern't as bad as I thought! It felt a bit like a mini Spartan though as obstacles wern't all full size eg rope climb...but still a great event and awesome to do as part of a team.

First Spartan event and a great one to ease you in but also fire up your competitive spirit (I'm still thinking about how I'm gonna to defeat the rope climb next time)! Also not a muddy event whatsoever though you do get a bit grubby. Really friendly vibe and had some help from other partakers on the way. Can't wait for the next one!💪

As a regular Spartan competitor I was keen to take part in the inaugural Stadion event at Twickenham Stadium. Entry costs are quite expensive for the shorter 5km distance but what a unique venue.

Pre race info and registration all very straightforward, plenty of parking available too. I do think that the £5 for bag drop is a little steep. Quite a busy event village held in the shadows of the large grandstand, plenty of food and drink options for supporters too and great to be able to use concourse and toilet facilities etc at the stadium. It’s a brilliant route weaving up and down the grandstands within the stadium looking out onto the pitch (lots and lots of stairs) Some of the usual obstacles within the event village so good viewing for supporters, no water and definitely a good test for experienced racers and beginners alike. The usual quality finishers tee and medal at the finish together with on course photos. Have already booked for 2020.

I chose the Stadion to be our first ever Spartan race and the event did not disappoint. Twickenham is an iconic location for any sport event but it was an added bonus that competitors were able to access many different areas of the stadium while completing the course. The organisers have used the space well and managed to make the course both entertaining and challenging. I would recommend this course for both beginners and experienced racers - I certainly enjoyed it but I almost expected it to be a bit harder. The finished t-shirt and the medal are both outstanding quality and the Spartan shop had many greatly discounted items available for the racers and spectators alike. The festival area was not huge but the food and drink selection was good, and atmosphere was great throughout. I would give this event 10 out of 10 and I have been recommending it to all my friends and family. I've already signed up for my next race in April this year and I'll probably do some more after that.
