This was the last of the trosley 5k 10k ever and what an event it has been seen going on for a few years sad to go but...... I managed to win it for the 3rd time it was an amazing day particularly my team mate came 3rd male 4th overall and in the 10k our team mate won it and ano...

Really tough course with some brutal steps that never seem to end. Race Hq and toilets were too far from the start. Good race glad it was so cold and the floor was frozen otherwise could have been really muddy. Delighted to have finished first

Fantastic race trosley 5k I came 1st in this race first one started it happened in 2017 loved the course mostly flat but a hill half way in the race with steps if your doing the 10k you have to do the steps twice but otherwise a brilliant run great for first time beginners and in 2020 I went back and won the 5k again will ve back again to do the 10k great atmosphere and great event organisers worth every penny and also a great cafe on sight too
