Lovely friendly small marathon. The route is beautiful and challenging with gradual gradients. unfortunately too hot for a quick race this year but had more time to enjoy the views. Water stations every 5/6 Kms are well staffed.... And had Jaffa cakes! Could have an isotonic option maybe? My spectator found it easy to drive to sections to support also. I had a great time. Big thanks to all organisers and marshalls.

A well organised event- amazing medal and T-shirt. Great arrangements and info for local parking, registration, bag drop. Brilliant race briefing- clear and friendly. Marshals lovely along the way and frequent aid stations. A personal preference I would have liked some fruit- I love orange segments on a run or something alternative to chocolate biscuits or sweets- eg flapjack. But that’s just what works for me! Great organisation I would definitely book with again, and a lovely local race.
