Enjoyed the run itself but one major gripe wisthat the first marshall to turn us round wasn't there and myself and about 4 other runners ended up covering 15 miles instead of 13.1. Annoying, considering we were out at the front of the race as well. I understand marshall's volunteer and give up the whole day for this but when it's a paid for event I also don't think it's much to ask for it to be the right distance and turnaround points/directions to be clear.

Absolutely loved loved loved this race! I can't believe I've never participated in It's Grim Up North events before, that will surely change now! Everything was so well organised and communication couldn't have been better. Every message was personal, which made me feel like I was a part of a community. The medal is absolutely fabulous! Thank you to the entire team for making this event excellent. Highly recommended.

1st out and back very poor. Steward to turn us around wasn't there, me a few others ran extra distance losing the top 4 positions. Steward appeared on way back and when asked why not there, very moody and un supporting.
