Enjoyable race with a great atmosphere and decent organisation. The rain, muddy fields and cloudy weather contributed to the overall experience. However, I think the communication in terms of whether the relay-style event should be run by the whole team together or by one person of a team for a particular section of the run could have been clearer. For future events, you may want to consider having more aid stations especially in less accessible sections to prevent sudden medical emergencies.

Really nice event with friendly folk, no bossiness and lots of creative and kindly touches. Really liked the reusable and natural materials used.

Thanks Mark. I always love seeing people complete their first ultra because of then inner glow that's visible from a distance, even if you can't actually walk straight for a bit. As Etienne Stott said on Saturday, it's overcoming the voices! It's also a leveller for Olympians and new ultra runners alike, doing an ultra aint easy for anyone.

Overall, it was a great event. The route was ace... but the support of the staff, volunteers and supporters really was second to none. Weather was pretty pants though....as wet as a salmon 🤣 Such a great, fun atmosphere. Hopefully see you all next year

Everyone who was involved was very friendly! It was a very well organised event family friendly and the animation in between the relays was fabulous! All for a very important cause too
