Easy to register and got tshirt at the start which was handy if you did want to wear for race. Marshalls on hand to park you up & to guide you to start line. Lots of fun but so hard! One massive hill which just a killer!! Medal at the end with small bottle of water. Gutted no snack or food to go with it! 

This was my first ever trail run, and to cap it off it was in the dark! Was hardwork but loved every second of this unique experience. Head torch at the ready! The massive hill at approx 4 miles was a killer!!! Organised fine, just could have done with some food of sorts after but nothing other than a bittle of water afterwards. Not even somewhere I could buy anything. Great race nonetheless and a lovely tshirt and medal.

fantastic race , have done this 2 years on the bounce now. My friend is getting married on this years so will miss it :( head torch is a must, and you have to be really careful round some of the course as it's uneven and very dark. Views from the top of old pale are fabulous when all you can see is lights. Definitely recommended. 

This was a well organised different race to any I've done before.  Parking & registration were very smooth. Race briefing wasn't very long but couldn't really be heard. Comprehensive pre notes I think covered everything though. 

I've never really run with a head torch before, let alone do an off road night race! I started a bit apprehensively but I needn't of been.  Signage was spot on & all the marshals encouraging. 

The route was harder & hillier than I expected but still top notch.  Mostly on fire trails with a few bits of single track but underfoot was fine & it was all very easy to navigate.  

All in all it was an awesome race & one that I'd definitely run again & recommend. The t-shirt is nice & fits well & you got a medal on finishing.
