This was my first sportive and I enjoyed every minute. A great crowd of cyclists that showed respect to all levels. I have signed up for the Wiltshire Classic Long and will return to Kent this year to complete the long.

Was an amazing event, Feeding station was ok, so were the snacks and drinks. The 8 climbs took its toll on me and I kept cramping. Trick is to go on a low gear to maintain your breathing and increase pace if required. Fun event. Will be there again next year.

A great day out, excellent organisation made getting sorted at the start line a breeze, and the course was very well signposted throughout. A tiny quibble is that it would be nice to see a few “X km to go” signs along the way also to track progress. The feed stop was very well stocked and all staff were lovely and friendly which added greatly to the atmosphere of the event. The course was a good mix of rolling terrain and nice scenery.

Loved the event and very well organised. Not keen on the 30+ mile trek to the first stop. Also riding on very busy roads with some terrible drivers. Not the events fault but you need to be a confident rider.

Toilets' facilities a bit grim-I had a "problem" that manifested itself at home-fortunately was able to get into the disabled facility but already-at 8:10-the paper had run almost out and we were resorting to the paper hand towels. A got a bit lost some KMs after the descent from Wrotham-not sure if it was the signage or my daydreaming-but I ended up having to backtrack and did 115KM in the event! I'll blame myself! Not your fault that the Lingfield area is a notorious bog hole, particularly this year; but I wonder if this final sportive is a little too late given the high chance of wet weather. Anyway, a good test. Would prefer a testing climb at the end rather than the endless traipsing around those boring lanes!
