Hi Will, Thanks so much for your comments and yes, it must be a lovely change from the large numbers that the parkrun get. As ever, trail races are not measured and we do all we can to ensure the race is as accurate and technology and location allow. We allude to this on our website - "The course has been measured using GPS but, because of its multi-terrain nature, it cannot carry a certificate of course accuracy." We just wanted you to be aware of this and we're thrilled that this didn't detract from the fun of the event. Hope to see you next year!

Hi Sue, Apologies for this very late response but we do not allow people to run as others though we allow an official swap so we can get the correct information about the runner in the system. Whilst during the race, this is difficult to spot, we can rectify issues after the event. This is very frustrating, not least because in the rare case of an emergency, we'd have the details for someone who is potentially not even there. This is in addition to your frustrations. Please rest assured we do all we can on this matter and we hope you'll join us again in the future.
