First time doing this event and I'll definitely be back. Entered it as I was desperate to do a half ironman and was pleasantly suprised at how cheap this half ironman was compared to most other races. Pre race info was fairly clear and easy to understand. On the day everyone was ...
First time doing this event and I'll definitely be back. Entered it as I was desperate to do a half ironman and was pleasantly suprised at how cheap this half ironman was compared to most other races. Pre race info was fairly clear and easy to understand. On the day everyone was so friendly and happy to help. Swim: 2 lap sea swim, was fairly easy to Navigate even with less bouys out then they were planning Bike: 2 lap bike course, all really well signed and marshalled and lots of great views. Only slight issue was some of the narrow roads along the seafront but they weren't as bad as I thought they would be Run: easy to follow out and back along the seafront, really well marshalled and was really nice to have lots of local support. Would 100% recommend this event
