Great race with fantastic volunteers. Not too crowded. Route could have been better if it included the Keel crossing and the stadium of light though. Nice medal and t-shirt. A few more loos at start were needed though.

Really enjoyed the run and all of the staff i encountered were great. Quite congested at the start with no starting waves but not too much of a bother. The major disappointment was the t-shirt which at extra cost, should be good quality. The sizing was terrible. An xl was equivalent to a medium at best meaning I've paid for t-shirt i can't wear. Other than that and a very average finishers bag, the event was very good

A very inclusive run encouraging all levels of ability, ages etc. An event for the whole community whether you were participating, spectating or assisting in a voluntary role. So great to see local schools involved with children handing out medals/goody bags etc. Opportunities like this do so much to encourage future involvement….this is a great event for the city of Sunderland! Looking forward to next year already!!

Amazing event from start to finish. The organisation was fantastic throughout from pre event communications, to support on the day and post run fun too. Lovely scenic route that was super easy to follow. Loved that you got an instant time update the moment you crossed the finish line and the space for runners to spend time after was a really nice touch. High energy, amazing vibes and a great event team! Well done everyone!

Great 10k course, good combination of flats and inclines. Bit congested at the start, could do with waves based on expected times, think this used to be done when it first started? Need a few more toilets at the start.Bag drop area well organised, clean, secure and nice atmosph...
