Excellent value for money. Unique that it's held on a Friday night in a RSPCB bird sanctuary. Lots of wildlife and water features. The route is a mixture of mud paths, tracks, concentrate paths. Quite flat apart from a few bridges. would recommend this race....

i can walk to the start line which helps of course put there is plenty of parking for those who can't. St.Aidens is beautiful and the course takes you round the reserve and is nice and flat. With a bargain entry fee and a bottle of beer or chocolate plus medal as your reward I so...
