First time doing this run. Absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Managed to get a las minute place and Jamie was very helpful and approachable, as were the whole team. Great organisation and support. My only feedback was the first aid station could be improved with banan...

First time doing this run. Absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Managed to get a las minute place and Jamie was very helpful and approachable, as were the whole team. Great organisation and support. My only feedback was the first aid station could be improved with banana or moist cake - I personally found the food too dry to consume but it did not hinder my experience and I brought my own fuel. Jaime and the team kept us safe and we felt very cared and supported. The route was beautiful and the community spirit was amazing. Really enjoyed for my first ultra, would do it again and would recommend to others!

This was my/our first Ultra, that I decided to do with friends. We were nervous to do an Ultra, however the process was easy to sign up, the information shared from he organisers was easy to follow. On the morning the registration process was simple to follow, the GPX file was easy to download and follow, the race notes were easy to follow the hills were very very frequent. the views were amazing , the checkpoints were well manned and had what was needed (including great moral support). The feeling at 50km was incredible - i shouted 50k, we've just done 50k. It was an incredible experience. upon finishing the euphoria was quite emotional, and I asked my team mates if we are doing it again. The answer was a resounding yes (ok maybe a bit reserved ) All in all, i would highly recommend this Ultra, and will definitely (probably) do it again next year :-)
