First time I've run this event and I have to say, it's getting marked in the diary as an annual event! Breathtaking views, challenging terrain and some pretty mean hills.
The marshalls are frequent and super-friendly. There's a water station just after half-way offering just what was needed - a mouthful of water - perfect timing and just the right amount. The local residents are very supportive too and for such a small event, the ambience at the finish was brilliant.
Cute little medal, a finishers certificate plus a drink and a piece of cake for the finishers at the end, what more could you ask for?!
