This event is a great way to kick off the year for any trail runner. It takes in some great views in the English countryside, if the weather is good enough 😉 I met some great people on course and managed to chat my way round! I'll definitely do this race again.

A Fairly well organised event. A real treat to have use of a sauna afterwards for just £5. And the medal is the best one I have ever had, and I have a lot of medals. It was a little disappointing when we had to climb over a rather large tree and crawl through a hole in the wall to avoid horrendous flooding. There was a Marshall at the first hole instructing the route of the detour, but it would have been helpful to have had another Marshall in the other side as a lot of people were unsure of the path trough the trees and I did hear one person shout out “Marshall we are lost”. The weather can’t be helped, but would like to do it again in hope to see the views rather than cloudy fog

As ever BigFeat put on a great event. It's a tough course, especially with the start and some meaty hills, but such a beautiful route. Very slippy muddy sections, and also even a footwash in the river at one point - even though we were diverted around the worst of it. Both of which were well communicated about before the event, and even a new gpx provided. Aid stations, marshals and the whole team wonderful as ever, and to top it all off a huge sparkly beautiful medal. Everyone who shows up to take park are also very supportive and friendly. If you've never done a BIgFeat Event, you're really missing out!

Really enjoyed that one Yes it had some very tough hills, and lots mud to deal with (could have done with some longer lugs on my trail shoes), but such a great challenging course with such great views once the mist had disappeared. Superbly organised event by Claire, Chris and the Big Feat team. Amazing Marshalls and the aid stations were spot on. Everyone was so helpful. Big well done to all the runners taking part. Time to rest now then get ready for Big Mud in February.

We had a great day at the Arundel Big Feat Event. The course was the right amount of challenge and space to enjoy the scenery. Lovely teams on the aid stations - we’ll be back for more!

Everything was well run and organised. If I could change anything, I would offer a veggie sausage roll/savoury option alongside the meat sausage rolls at the feed stations. There was plenty of sugar-based offerings, but I really wanted something savoury and veggie. Quorn perhaps?
