felt uncomfortable at this race. i run just under 30 min 5km pace and was lapped by almost everbody.
that is not the fault of sale harriers but i just wish i had known beforhand.
it is a nice run and very friendly if you run sub 25 mins or dont mind being at the back, its worth a go as it is great value,
but i wont be back until i am much faster.
