My family has participated in this event for the past 2 years. My children always have a great time and look forward to doing again once it's over - asking when is the next! I love that I can watch my children at various parts of the course and how well organized it is. With young children racing, it's so important for the course to be well marked and monitored. I never worry about my children on Live Red Foundation's Courses. This is a must-do event for anyone looking to try their hand at an endurance sport - children or adult! Great for the beginner!

The event was great for beginners - friendly and the course was generally east to naviagate. I feel like the ground could be marked a bit better with arrows especially for the younger kids.

It was a good first splash aand dash as it was small and concise. The starting instructions for the first part were not ver clear when to begin and where to go. There was a person at the bend but not always there. I had to almost stop to hear where to go. They need more instructions for first timers when you enter of what to do. The track part of the run was not paved and very muddy and slippery, great for twisting ankles.
