A n absolutely brilliant well organised event. We were graced with unseasonably good weather 23degC max no wind and sunny all day. Everything was perfect. The buses to the start, the signage - you won't get lost! , the route through woodland on really nice flat tracks and along a pancake flat tarmac around Poole harbour and Bournemouth seafront. Everyone was so nice and friendly, the RTTS team and marshals, the general public clapping and supporting throughout the route, in awe of us running 31miles! and the support of other runners.

This was my 5th year in a row running this event! That speaks volumes, in my opinion!! I really love this race & it has become one of my favourite days of the year! From the easy atmosphere at the start line to the beautiful route, well stocked checkpoints, friendly marshals & fab finish….there is nothing that I would change. For experienced & beginner runners alike, this is a great race! I have already signed up for next year!! Thanks for such a wonderful event! (Oh and the weather was perfect this year also!)

The pre-event training package was outstanding and gave me the confidence, preparation and support I needed to get ready for my first ultra. The advice, guidance and training really helped me feel prepared for the big day. And then came the event itself — absolutely awesome! The atmosphere, organisation, route and overall experience were fantastic. There was a real sense of community and encouragement throughout, which made such a challenging achievement even more enjoyable. A huge thank you to everyone involved in organising Ultraviolet Run to the Sea. You created an amazing event and gave me memories that I’ll never forget. First ultra completed — and I absolutely loved it! 🏃‍♂️🌊💪 Highly recommended. I’ll definitely be back!
