Brilliant run, maybe think about pens at the start due to the congestion in the first mile. After that is was fine, lovely countryside, nice and friendly run. Tougher than I expected but still had a good finish time. Will definitely recommend and aim to do again. Thanks all for a great day, and what made it even better my dog and wife could come and was able to cheers at different points which really helped.

Excellent event In absolutely stunning surroundings. Good mix of tarmac and lots of lovely woodland paths. Volunteers were just brilliant and so supportive. Very well organised, lots of drinks stations. Very friendly crew. Would massively recommend this event.

This event is really well organised, even down to high viz yellow paint on some tree roots in dark areas (hopefully eco-friendly). My only criticism is the “goody bag” I would have liked something to eat like a flapjack or banana not Hungry Boar Filled Pork Sticks which I honestl...

My only criticism is the “goody bag” I would have liked something to eat like a flapjack or banana not Hungry Boar Filled Pork Sticks which I honestly thought were dog chews as I didn’t have my glasses on!!!

Amazing event! My first ever race and it was memorable for all the right reasons. The Marshalls were incredibly supportive and really helped motivate you the whole way round. The course was well laid out and everything you could need was provided.10/10 I would highly recommend

Brilliant event !! Loved it all. A great mix of trail and road in beautiful surroundings. The recent wet weather didn't dampen our spirits, we enjoyed the trail even if muddy in places. A good pair of trail shoes stopped me from sliding about!! The marshalls were very supportive....

Brilliant event !! Loved it all. A great mix of trail and road in beautiful surroundings. The recent wet weather didn't dampen our spirits, we enjoyed the trail even if muddy in places. A good pair of trail shoes stopped me from sliding about!! The marshalls were very supportive. Lots of vocal support from the volunteers at the aid stations. More sun than rain though we did get a good soaking half an hour in. I'll definitely be back. It was good seeing the support for the final runner back over the finish line. Inclusive run for all abilities.

As one of the back runners, the recieving of a medal was a true achievement. Though that and water was all I received. So that is why the 3 stars. With eco sustainability; I was hugely disappointed by those who were out for their best times, I personally have never felt the need to throw my empty gel packs on the floor, especially knowing where we were running, and the fact I was lucky to have 3 deer come out in front of me. I just return the packs to either a pocket in my leggings, jacket or belt. Not the floor people ! Great marshalls and route. Though tough towards the end miles as my first, it won't be my last. Thank you!
