Another brilliant event from start to finish. The course was great - so picturesque even at 2.30am!! The staff were so helpful and friendly and I can't wait to take part in the next Good Running event at Sandringham.

A really well run event with a great atmosphere for all who attended. The route was a good mixture of terrain, and well marshalled. In the event "village" there were enough food / drink options to satisfy what most people needed (although the vendors might want to bring more stock next year!) Entertainment was provided on site if you wanted to chill between laps. The medal and goodie bag at the end was good, and the the event photographers were present throughout the weekend.

Previously ran in 2024 and 2025. First the positives and there are many. This years course was so much better than last years, great improvement, kept you engaged, more trail less road. Last years course was terrible. Aid station at half way was better stocked than previous years, better variety, and the toilets at the halfway point were a god send too. Marshals along the way were by and large chatty and enthusiastic, some pumping out bangers to jog along to. The separation of the runners and supporters/ families in the arena worked well I thought. Good atmosphere, lots of chatting with other runners in the arena and on the route. Camping area was spacious and had decent enough toilet facilities. Negative: What were you thinking when you charge supporters/ families £20 per head to come and cheer their runners on? Absolutely not reading the room at all. Events like this, especially in such a beautiful part of the world generate a lot of interest, and with that comes footfall and money. The arena set up had a host of vans and vendors which must of been affected by supporters and families not being able to afford £20 PER PERSON, the knock on effect being those people not buying food/ drink / merchandise etc. during a cost of living crisis to enter! This stopped so many people coming over to Sandringham and would have surely diminished the overall atmosphere and vibe. During a cost of living crisis it’s unforgivable really,I live very local to the event, I needed some hayfever meds- my partner would normally just pop over and put them in the tent- no dramas. But this year she would have been charged £20 just to come in, i In the end she parked at the bottom of Donkey Pond hill and handed it to me. All you are doing is pushing people to the Sandringham main car park where £7 gets you all day parking, a free childrens play area and coffee/tea/ food instead of using the vendors you have on site. I truly cannot think of any event where you are charged to watch in the start/finish arena and I’ve done 50+. I don't want this to detract from such a well ran awesome and for me local event, because it truly is brilliant and well ran. But please don’t spoil it with greed.

Second time at this fab event and I'm sure it won't be the last! A lovely course with woodland trails and just magical in the dark. Camping area is great, plenty of space for our group and easy access to toilets/showers etc. We absolutely loved Elvis! What a star, we all looked forward to seeing him every lap. We missed the pizza offer in the food area this year - our group felt some of the food was a bit overpriced. Also - absolutely, absolutely need 24-hour coffee provision for everyone running through the night. Lots of grumpy runners wanting coffee in the early hours - this really helped the previous year. But overall love this event and definitely recommend!

The event was very well organised and the Team I was in and I enjoyed it thoroughly. Everything went smoothly and there was a positive atmosphere around. Lovely experience which I hope that I will be able to repeat. I have a couple of suggestions, though: more toilets in different locations and more kiosks. On Sunday morning I queued 25 minutes to get a coffee.

I love this event because its still quite small and its very friendly and laid back. Its a pretty course, altho I did’nt enjoy the 2 new road sections this year, but I’m sure there will be others that loved it for speed! In terms of sustainability, it would be good to see all the paper cups done away with, we can all carry our own cup or bottle; there were big generators running which aren’t particularly healthy; there was a disappointing amount of litter on the course but no bins to dispose of it in. Swag - chicken sticks - no thanks! Processed meat is not my thing. Nor the various energy tabs and sweets, lots of ultra processed stuff that many of us try to avoid. But the medal is awesome, I love the tshirt, and the little drawstring bag is super useful, thank you! The marshalls were all great, very encouraging throughout the race, nice work team!!

Well organised event. 5 Miles is a good length for a multi lap event. A couple of negatives, that Elvis van was just too loud and intrusive, and the showers were too hot for me to use. No obvious recycling to use.
