Marshalled for a few races with Richard so was given a free place for this one. Nice and local and it's the parkrun route twice round. Just enjoy the fact it's a Valentine's run and every race I do is with my fiance Marshals all friendly and it's well organised...

Another plain race.. nothing fancy but the course was changed very slightly. Not as cold as the previous year either and this one seemed easy due to the miles we were doing in preparation for London marathon. We ran 6 miles there, done the run and ran 6 miles home! Medals were c...

Medals were changed for this year and we also got t shirts which were fab value!

Well done to Richard who works hard in all he does.. and the marshals are fab...

This race was a plain nd simple 10k run. Route was the Newcastle parkrun twice round. Marshalled well nd course set out good. The original date was meant to be 14th but due to bad weather it was postponed... when the race eventually went ahead it was still just as cold and...

This race was a plain nd simple 10k run. Route was the Newcastle parkrun twice round. Marshalled well nd course set out good.

The original date was meant to be 14th but due to bad weather it was postponed... when the race eventually went ahead it was still just as cold and rather wet.

Medals were given out and due to the cold we didn't hang about. I did thank the organiser afterwards through social media and agreed to do some marshalling in future events
