Highly enjoyed the race, good simple route around Bedford and plenty of water when needed (I hope the bottles were all recycled)! There was plenty of room on the road when running and plenty of marshals to point you in the right direction. I would definitely do this again next year and is very good if you are looking for a PB.
The organisation was great with easy number collection and bag storage. There were more than enough toilets for people.
My only criticism was the Race Briefing where there were a couple of potentially derogatory comments on slower runners. I'm sure they weren't intentional but I was a little disappointed all the same.
Ill be coming back next year to challenge my time!

This was my first Run Bedford 10k and i had high expectations following by Bedford Half in 2017. I was definately not disappointed.
On arrival the weather started overcast, with a little light rain but by race start the sun was out!
There was ample parking which was next McDonald's which was great for the post race milkshake.
Check in and baggage claim were simple and there was more than ample loos at the start/finish.
The race starts in the scenic park and lake and runs on the roads around Bedford before heading back through the town centre towards the finish.
The course is decent and despite some undulations is generally quite flat, meaning it's fast and PBs are definately possible. I was on for a PB until 8k when I pulled my hamstring.
Water stops are well placed and manned. Local support is great. The return part where you double back is great for supporting teammates!
Despite my issues, I would definately recomend this event and I'll be back next year for that PB.
