Fantastic race. This was my 4th year doing it and now my 3 kids all run it with me. Great course.Great staff. Awesome sweatshirts and medals for the SWAG. Great spread of hot soup and snacks at the end! Highly recommend.

The Run at the Rock is a great trail race. Cedarock park is a beautiful place to run as is, but the Roadless team makes it even better with a very well run and organized race.

This continues to be a favorite trail race. So well-organized, with tweaks every year to make it even better. Love that you have gone much more sustainable (bamboo spoons, paper bowls instead of plastic and styrofoam for the wonderful and much-appreciated hot soup!) Parking staff did a terrific job. So efficient. And thanks for the new option for early bib pick-up at Fleet Feet in Carrboro! Thanks for a great event!
