A truly well run event (no pun intended) that shows off the best of Jersey's coastline and the Trail Monkey running community. The organisation from signing up to the event through to the very end of the race is great. It’s a tough race, but manageable and the feeling of accomplishment at the end is a pure buzz! The marshals and support are truly great and help the event to be a huge success. I really enjoyed it and would thoroughly recommend!

This was my first trail marathon and I couldn't have chosen a better one. The route was challenging but incredibly scenic (with some parts on road to break up the winding paths, rocks and steps!) and an incredible way to appreciate Jersey's rugged coastline. The volunteers and officials were incredibly friendly and encouraging and the organisation faultless. Thumbs up!

A brilliantly run event that captures all the best parts of Jersey. The organisation from before the event right up until the very end was superb, allowing plenty of time and notice for participants to prepare for the race. There’s no doubt it’s a very tough race, but also very manageable and the feeling of accomplishment at the end is like no other! Fantastic marshals and support massively help the event to be such a success. I really enjoyed it and would thoroughly recommend!

Deceptively brutal in parts, quads get a good crunching, the scenery lures you into thinking it will be a nice gentle workout. Organisation, aid stations and support is very good. Highly recommend doing this event, you'll take a kicking but you'll enjoy it.

A very well-organised race that isn’t very big so you really do feel ‘seen’. The organiser goes out of his way to make everyone feel welcome, from picking up the bibs and having a chat at the end of the race. Marshalls were lovely, and checkpoint 3 with the sarnies and brownies were especially yum! We were lucky this year as it was warm to start but after a few hours it clouded over with some rain. If it hadn’t then I think a couple more water stops would have been needed. There were a couple of people handing out water unofficially at various points on the course and they were like little guardian angels! All in all, a great event with a superb looking Strava map for your efforts!

Great event as always from these guys, and a particularly good one for people who want to try a trail half-marathon because there's a good warm up along St Ouen's Bay and then there's a long flat stretch at the end. It's also reasonably obvious how to pace yourself on the tougher bits. It's also a super friendly atmosphere that caters to very slow runners like myself - it means a lot to get encouragement from people who move past politely after they've been running for 40 miles!
