I didn't race this event, I paced a 3 hour half marathon so was at the back of the pack for the whole run. Despite this, crowd support was great along much of the route, even during the last, rainy hour. It's a flat course along the coast for most of the run so has PB potential. ...

I didn't race this event, I paced a 3 hour half marathon so was at the back of the pack for the whole run. Despite this, crowd support was great along much of the route, even during the last, rainy hour. It's a flat course along the coast for most of the run so has PB potential. Aid stations provided water at appropriate intervals. Unlike some other events, the whole finish area, medals, goody bags and commentary carried on until the last finisher crossed the line. I would definitely recommend this event.

I was lucky enough to be the 2h 10 min pacer for this event and once again I really enjoyed every minute chatting and encouraging lots of awesomerunners. The course was lovely and flat so brilliant for a quick pb and I enjoyed running it. Volunteers were fantastic and so friendly...

I was lucky enough to be the 2h 10 min pacer for this event and once again I really enjoyed every minute chatting and encouraging lots of awesomerunners. The course was lovely and flat so brilliant for a quick pb and I enjoyed running it. Volunteers were fantastic and so friendly and I really appreciate there help and guidance throughout the race. I highly recommend this well organised and super friendly race . Well done

Lots of support at the end of the event when finishing the staff where amazing picking up after runners who decided to throw their water bottle on floor instead of the bins that where provided. Was very disappointed in how many runners couldn’t take 2 seconds to put rubbish in the bin and instead threw the bottles and gels right next to the bin.

A great event. The course is scenic for the most part and is run mainly on roads and paths. There is a small section around 5/6 KM which is a bit more 'off road'/muddy and caused a bit of GPS drift due to tree cover but this didnt last for long. Facilities were great for the numb...

A great event. The course is scenic for the most part and is run mainly on roads and paths. There is a small section around 5/6 KM which is a bit more 'off road'/muddy and caused a bit of GPS drift due to tree cover but this didnt last for long. Facilities were great for the number of runners who entered and the parking meant you were never far from the car to keep warm. Supporter levels were quite low so a lot different to your bigger marathons but this didn't take away from it being a great HM. Suitable for first timers as well as those looking for a quick time as its mostly flat. Ran this as an official pacer and would definitely do so again.

My first half marathon for 40 years..and I`ll be back in 2024! The event was easy to get to ( and away from afterwards) and park, scenic, flattish, and very chilled and friendly! Slight gripes were the pacer for the time I trained for..she forgot herself chatting to another pacer...

My first half marathon for 40 years..and I`ll be back in 2024! The event was easy to get to ( and away from afterwards) and park, scenic, flattish, and very chilled and friendly! Slight gripes were the pacer for the time I trained for..she forgot herself chatting to another pacer and sprinted off far, far too quickly for the first few miles, which could have ruined things, if I hadn`t noticed and realised what was happening. Better to have no pacer at all then get it so very wrong! A bit of confusion too as to whether we were supposed to pay for the parking, or not.But a thoroughly enjoyable event, I`m already looking forward to the next one.

The Llanelli half marathon was a well organised family friendly event. The volunteers were awesome especially as the weather was a bit rainy and windy but they were super supportive and encouraging. Everyone was very helpful and found it very easy to find out the answers to any questions I had. Really enjoyed the course and the views plus this was a ideal course for beginners due to it being mainly flat or for a pb. Well worth the drive down and would recommend this event to everyone

Proud to have been an official pacer for this event. I thought that the parking and village area was sufficient and perfectly placed for the start/finish. The marshals' out on the course where great and plenty of them picking up used bottles etc so no impact on litter in the area. The course was stunning and mainly flat! Well marked out with plenty of marshals. One I will deffo revisit next year! Thanks for a great event, Lee
