There was a limit of 250 runners. Organised groups of runners arrived 15 mins window gap according to your best 10k run time. Individual runners start every 10-15 seconds. Plenty of toilets. Lots of sanitizers. So it’s all very covid safe 馃檪
Shame that no spectators were allowed. I would suggest each area had signage e.g. registration (for scan QR code, collect bib number), preparation (for emergency details, toilets, bag drop), and I didn’t even see the starting position because it was hidden near trees! Also recommend a person at the front ushering runners as a warm welcome.
Nice flat route, run round 3 laps, and very friendly marshalls.
A special thank you to the guy at starting line calming my nerves because it's my first ever race and the girl at the end when I left asking how was my run 馃槉

This event is great for anyone looking for flat course in central London. I've run this course a number of times and enjoyed it every time. Two things I noticed this time:-
1. I arrived at 08.45 and it was clear that I was one of the las runners to arrive. I got my number and proceeded straight to bag drop. It felt like their was a rush to get people started and registration was already being taken down. I'll aim to arrive 15 minutes earlier next time but think it would be a better experience for everyone if the organisers would consider not packing up the registration until everyone has safely started the race.
2. The course was short a few Marshall's today. Possibly my starting at the back of the field had something to do with this but I've done the race a few times and know the usual places for Marshall's. The race consists of 3 laps of an identical loop and near the end of the lap there is one right turn where I and other athletes have gone wrong in the past. On my second lap (maybe their 3rd) I noticed 3 runners had missed the right turn and had to turn back. It would be great to have a Marshall there.
Overall the race is run extremely well and the experience at the finish line is very relaxed. I love this course and think it's a fair price to run in one of the beautiful Royal Parks.
And thank you to the stewards who kindly accept bikes at the bag drop. We really appreciate it.
cheers.

Well organised and felt relaxed but safe. Good course with plenty of space. Could do with more recycling points for the water as very few bins around. Also hope that the post-race flapjacks return one day!

These guys are very good at organising races. Regents Park is a beautiful setting and it was a lovely sunny morning. Bag drop, number collection all good with very helpful staff. There a few other users of the park but it’s not an issue. I enjoy this race and love the underground-esque roundel medal!
