The route marking was much better this year. I would like the distance on the medal or ribbon. It’s a great event and the lady on the microphone (Jo I think) was fabulous. Shame no finisher photo for the last few marathon runners.

The organisation was excellent and the staff in particular were helpful and encouraging. It was my first event and I thoroughly enjoyed it despite the difficulty of the course and the high temperatures on the day. Support staff worked hard to make sure that participants were well...

The finish area was well stocked with food and beer! The course was beautiful and well marked. The medal was a poor quality overall with no race specific marking, e.g year or distance. Also, from a proud cornishman, I was disappointed to see that an event which took place ...

The finish area was well stocked with food and beer! The course was beautiful and well marked. The medal was a poor quality overall with no race specific marking, e.g year or distance. Also, from a proud cornishman, I was disappointed to see that an event which took place in Cornwall was advertised as a Plymouth event and had Devon flags at the podium. Overall though a fantastic event and I will definitely do it next year.

There's a new medal design with distances coming for 2027. Devon flags were a bit of a joke by one of our Devonian crew. Didn't meet to upset any cornish men

My 2nd year in a row doing the marathon and this year was just as flawless. I was lucky enough to podium both years and the raised platform makes it feel extra special. The stewards were amazing and offered great support all the way around the course. Stations had waters, el...

My 2nd year in a row doing the marathon and this year was just as flawless. I was lucky enough to podium both years and the raised platform makes it feel extra special. The stewards were amazing and offered great support all the way around the course. Stations had waters, electrolytes, bananas sweets etc and all volunteers were very very helpful. The course was very well marked and easy to follow. The heat was a killer again, but being able to go down to the waters edge after in such a stunning location made it so much nicer. A great even, well ran and I shall be entering again next year. Thank you all.

Needs an earlier start and an option to set off earlier to make sure the time limits are met. No fun having to constantly glance at your watch. This is coming from a 71 year old with dodgey knees, so I'm the exception. Otherwise challenging and very scenic course

Some tough elevation with beautiful coastal views and long stretches of very runnable terrain. Well stocked pit stops with plenty of high 5 gels and ready mixed electrolite drinks and cake at the finish. Plenty of encouragement on the route and the support staff and volunteers...

This was a really fun event and well run, with a great atmosphere and huge encouragement from the team running it. We will definitely come again! The out and back part of the 2k and 1k course could have been better controlled to keep children to a particular side of the path. ...

This was a really fun event and well run, with a great atmosphere and huge encouragement from the team running it. We will definitely come again! The out and back part of the 2k and 1k course could have been better controlled to keep children to a particular side of the path. The person leading on the bike brought the kids back on the return on the wrong side of the path, which caused them to have to cross over to go round the turn cone the correct way.
