Another brilliant race from Big Bear. Support for NHS workers with special medal.  Wonderful route for any distance short or long. Always the best encouragement from fellow competitors & the best aid station ANYWHERE. All in little individual paper bags with sweet/ savioury , old favourites ( malt loaf) & new for me  new potatoes...definitely on the essentials now.  On site cafe for that extra something afterwards.  

Can't fault Paul or his team over a number of events.. nothing too much trouble, goes above and beyond! Rainbow Challenge supporting Keyworkers a fabulous initiative. Salcey Forest fantastic venue to run, bit of everything from views to terrain. Aid station as usual spot on. If you're in any doubt, don't be get booked.. as a Volunteer, Runner & Brigader you will not regret it! 

These events are always amazing. Every runner no matter their experience will congratulate you on your efforts, even when you are slow like me. Its like a little family, no pressure. Run or walk at your speed for as far as you won't. What's not to like. Amazing 

Another totally awesome Big Bear event in a stunningly beautiful location. Everything was absolutely perfect. Running with Big Bear is like running with a big extended family and that makes it very special. Facilities are second to none, the aid station was wonderful and the medal was definitely worth a long run for!  I enjoyed every second of it!  Big Bear even managed to ensure we had great weather too!!

It was well organised and a great way to show appreciation to all of the NHS and frontline workers for never giving up last year!

I managed to get a further distance than I have ever ran before and was well looked after when I had finished, will definitely be back again and would highly recommend #bigbearevents to anyone wanting to challenge themselves.
