This was my 1st Triathlon at 65 years and will admit to feeling nervous at the start of the day but the excellent staff who were friendly and supportive throughout helped ensure I enjoyed the whole day! Al three events (and transitions) were well organised and I will definitely do again (despite thinking this would be my 1st and last event!). Well done to LPS Events and, in particular all the staff involved on Sunday!

Great event and lovely supportive and really friendly staff and volunteers- really enjoyed the day from start to finish 馃憤馃憤馃槑- only one improvement would be to recognise the age groups as well as the winners- means such a lot to us oldies and doesn鈥檛 have to cost much 馃憤

My first Tri event. Everyone was so friendly and made it easy to navigate my way around the set up and course. The scheduled start times in the pool worked very well-no congestion at all. Congratulations LPS team for delivering a fantastic event.

Great event staff and overall very friendly event. The pool swim worked well, the bike course is on great tarmac (for England) and the run was good. Would recommend for new triathletes or more serious competitors alike

Good for beginners, and a nice short swim if you're rubbish at swimming like me. Only concerns are the entry road to the sports centre as there are cars parked up the left hand side as you exit for the bike route. There was some muppet reversing back towards me as I was heading...

Only concerns are the entry road to the sports centre as there are cars parked up the left hand side as you exit for the bike route. There was some muppet reversing back towards me as I was heading out, so could maybe do with an anti-muppet marshall here, and the bike in, run out gate a bit close for comfort.

I did the Aquabike and the swim was a bit congested, but that might be because it's a small field and therefore difficult to group similar swim times together in waves. However, that did not detract from a great event.
