I’ve raced the triathlon a few times before, so I thought I’d give the duathlon a go and really enjoyed it. It was great to have all the different race options available to suit all capabilities. It was very well organised and all of the volunteers were fantastic ! I was a little confused by the race chip being integral with the strap (instead of being separate) but apart from that everything went really smoothly. I definitely plan to do this one again next year.

Race numbers could do with been different colours so people can identify who’s doing which events. The presentations for trophies could have done with been earlier, maybe have a system that when people finish each event there told if they have won a prize. I didn’t...

The presentations for trophies could have done with been earlier, maybe have a system that when people finish each event there told if they have won a prize. I didn’t feel it was clear about awards for Duathletes in the race information.

Any way of cutting the grass down in the field for the next event? Some lovely pot holes hidden in there.
