It would be good to see paper cups of water at the water station rather than plastic bottles that runners have a few sips out of then throw away

What a great event! City centre setting makes it really buzz, especially at the start and the finish. Marshalls were helpful, friendly and supportive the whole way round. Road closures (due to the event) made accessing the nearest car park a bit of an ordeal, but otherwise, a superbly run event. Timing chips in one's race number meant an accurate course time was taken (and a gun time provided after the event, too). Lots of photographers. Bizarrely, the goody bag included a packet of crisps and a KitKat! All-in-all throughly recommended, but be prepared for the hilly sections!

My ninth different Run for All event and every single one has been brilliantly organised. Organised start area. Well marked and interesting closed road city centre course. Maybe the hills between 8-9k could be looked at as certainly were a little bit punishing - the rest of the course was hilly and challenging but this section was maybe a little too much for an10k road race. But other than that another great Run for All event and looking forward to trying my first Run for All marathon in York later in the year.

Love the event, crowd and really appreciate all the organisation, volunteers and staff that put this on. Think you should change the course next year and try something different.

This is a excellent event and I would recommend it to anyone. I loved running through Nottingham city centre and the music at the start created a good atmosphere. The volunteers and supporting staff were wonderful - everything was well organised and ran smoothly. I also appreciated the cheers from the race marshals as well as the bagpiper playing at one point. The course itself is quite challenging so you really need to put in the training for this one but it's definitely worth it as it's a great run.

Really enjoyed this race and nice to run around my home city for a change. Hilly! However, there were downhills that you could recover in. The final hill around the park is a killer. Can't complain about the race organisation at all. The whole thing ran like clockwork with good support from marshalls and great pacers. Couldn't do anything but recommend it.

Great event in my home city. The hills in The Park estate sting a bit.

All good apart from departure from Broadmarsh Parking- no communication or signage as to how to leave with road closures. Staff gave conflicting advice on how to leave meaning en masse confusion. Really very poor and needs looking into

I really enjoyed the route, being able to run through the city was great fun and a factor in me signing up as previous years have been different routes. It is certainly a hard course in places with the up hills but I knew what was coming and the down hills made up for it! Very well supported by the Marshalls on the route. Didn’t mind bib pick up rather than post. Goody bag fine, couple of things to eat and drink. Medal was Ok, not sure if it is meant to be Nottingham specific ? On the whole would definitely do again.

Loved the race but I think a course rethink might be needed as the last 2k was mental , uphill finishes aren’t great just to finish at the castle ! If it was a flatter finish and posted bibs it would be 10/10 but on this occasion 7/10
