Lovely race despite the hills but the downhills made up for it. Well marshalled, lots of support & great facilities. Always a great experience, highly recommended, year 3 for me I will be back.

Over the years I have ran the Marlow half, Frankenstein and 7. 2006 was my first race and 2026 first time for the 7. It’s a good local race and having three races starting and splitting to different routes is fun. The 7 is a great way to cram the same challenging hills as the...

A really well run event. Super course, I did the Marlow 7, in spite of the hills. Terrific marshals, who pointed us in the right direction and gave loads of encouragement.

Although there were some savage hills, it was a great route. Marshalling was excellent and in particular where routes split. That was very clear. I'll definitely return but will do some more hill training first!

The marshals were truly lovely, they were all happy, smiling and encouraging I did not have to queue for anything from number pick up all the way through to bag collection afterwards I'll be back again!
