A really great event. Lots of fab marshal's and signage en route. Well organised from parking to the race itself. Friendly atmosphere. I've done a few events from Mapledurham Estate and all really nice experiences. Great having free photos too (and actually got some great shots ...

A really great event. Lots of fab marshal's and signage en route. Well organised from parking to the race itself. Friendly atmosphere. I've done a few events from Mapledurham Estate and all really nice experiences. Great having free photos too (and actually got some great shots of myself which is rare!) Medal nice. I didn't see any goodies at the end though which is unusual (banana/choc bar etc) No biggie though. Will sign up again!

Fabulous event - as always with the MST Events crew ! Stunning route and location - with parking, registration, start, merch, toilets etc all close by. Course IMMACULATELY sign posted with lovely happy marshals and volunteers - and having the 3 distances makes it such a do-able event for everyone. This was my first Mapledurham 10 race and it was amazing. Oil, Ceri and Ellie supported by the volunteer Marshalls did an outstanding job and made the event thoroughly enjoyable. The pre-event instructions and briefings on the day were very clear as was the very well marked cours...

This was my first Mapledurham 10 race and it was amazing. Oil, Ceri and Ellie supported by the volunteer Marshalls did an outstanding job and made the event thoroughly enjoyable. The pre-event instructions and briefings on the day were very clear as was the very well marked course (including the key stages where the course split to accommodate the different distance races). The course covers road, track and off road sections with delightful sections though parkland and alongside fields with really stunning views of the area. There are a couple of hills which adds a bit of both uphill and downhill challenge but perfectly doable taken at your own pace. I appreciate you can't guarantee the weather but this year it was wall to wall blue sky and sunshine which took the edge off the silly morning. Ill definitely be back for more.

It was a nice route, the race village had everything you needed and was well organised and had plenty of free parking right next to it, which is a bonus as I find parking at some events can be a pain. The medal is a nice, chunky metal one, which I really like. There were a couple of gates to go through but not too bad and a couple of sections on fairly quiet roads. I will do it again but I will do the half marathon next time.

I have been running in this event since 2016. It was my first running event after I had returned to regular running as the family had grown up and I attempted the 10k successfully. Since then I have run the 10 mile course and look forward to this annual event. It is VERY well organised, the information we are given is comprehensive and given in a friendly way. All the helpers are friendly and encouraging. Yes there are hills on the course but no one minds if you walk at times.
