Well organised with plenty of refreshment stops. Plenty of signage on route making it easy to follow.

First time ride for me and was hugely enjoyable! The weather made it interesting as the rain did come down in the last hour and become very windy
Easy to navigate your way down, excellent sign postage and Marshall’s all the way down
The route itself is good, various different scenery and a couple of decent hills to rest you, generally though mostly flat
It’s particularly enjoyable when you get to the last portion and head down hill and see Brighton town in from of you
I will definitely do this again and will probably on several more occasions but for some they may only do it once and will be a huge achievement...which it is so it is a real shame that the quality of medal was so poor! I have collected several medals over the years as a keen runner and this is one of the weakest I have, it should be one to really stand out and to show off to all your friends and family!
Better medal next year please
But highly enjoyable and highly recommended ride for all abilities!

I love the London to Brighton and have taken part in it on 3 occasions now. Its a really awesome day out and truly amazing to cycle in such a huge crowd. You have to pay at the feed stations (remember to bring some cash!) but there is usually a good selection available. The atmosphere on the ride is like nothing else with people ranging from absolute beginners to haggard veterans but everyone willing to have a chat along the way.
