Great atmosphere. Poor toilet facilities. Too many bottle necks, too many spectators closing in at several locations. Great charity cheer stations

Parts of the course were interesting annd exciting, and the energy level of the race staff and crowds was high. The lack of adequate bathroom facilities at the starting areas was problematic, and caused long lines at the facilities on the course. Having only water and no sports drink option available at the hydration stations was disappointing and contributed to a really big energy suck the last few miles for those of us who did not bring our own liquids/fuel (a big shout out to Air France for keeping my luggage with running gear safe in Paris until AFTER the race 馃槨). And while it was exciting to have such a large and enthusiastic crowd, crowd control was an issue at times with people causing bottlenecks on narrow lanes and crossing the streets in front of runners.

Great event! Wave 7 started late, couldn鈥檛 hear anything at the start line warm up. Spectators were narrowing the course at times. The finish line is full of supporters but the finish was underwhelming compared to 2024. Bottled water would be better than cups. Would be cool to have a LLHM jacket in the bag to wear after the run.

Great atmosphere and fun event. The wave system didn鈥檛 work beyond the first 4 waves, the last 戮 waves seemed to be squashed together and rushed through. We were looking forward to the warm up atmosphere but we couldn鈥檛 hear or see it. It鈥檚 quite narrow in places but to be expected in a built up area. The finish line is full of supporters but the finish area is a bit underwhelming. The bus bag drop is efficient and great way to make sure we could travel on the train to and from on the same day.

Would have been perfect were it not for the distinct lack of toilet facilities. Public urinary incontinence was not in my race plan. It has actually put me off taking part in a future organised run.

Fabulous event, I was wave 1 but when I got to bag collection all the toilets were gone. Thats a lot of runners, family and supporters that were unable to use the facilities .

We had a good experience overall but found there were not enough signs for bag drop so we spent a lot of time asking marshals who sometimes didn鈥檛 know either! We had already walked 4 miles before the event started! Huge queues for toilets and could have done with some nearer the start. All volunteers and Marshall鈥檚 very friendly. Lots of support and encouragement throughout the route which really helped when I got injured at mile 6. We finished though and loved the medal.

Great atmosphere, very nice central London route, pre race communication and app were great but there are some areas that the organisers seriously need to reconsider. 1. Not enough toilets. Absolutely must have dedicated toilets for only the runners at the start - this is standard for even smaller events. 2. Supporters were enthusiastic but Marshalls must do a better job at controlling the crowds and people crossing. The path was very narrow in some parts due to supporters moving in and people were crossing in front of runners. 3. Waves should be rethought. It is not safe to have the visually impaired and wheelchair wave immediately before the first and what appeared to be fastest mass wave. Fully support everyone taking part but the order must be revised. I almost tripped over wheelchairs and blind runners with their guides several times.
