Not enough toilets at the start area, meaning the queues up until race start were huge. Seriously understaffed 'bag drop' area, if you could call it that at all - not signposted so had to ask around to find it. The bag drop was not advertised in communications prior to the event, so everyone was having to Google the website to find out if there was even one there. I assume they didn't want people to use it due to understaffing, but this only works if events are exclusively for locals so isn't fair to those of us travelling from afar. Post race, the bag drop queue was also the queue for the children's fun run registration, meaning wait times were excessive as each family was having to fill out details on the wrist bands at the front of the queue. Separate area for bag drop needed and more toilets.
Not enough marshals around the course. I was having issues with me knee and realistically needed to pull out, but being in the back lanes of the area with no local knowledge and nobody around for a long distance meant having to continue.
