Can you thank the two pacers 1:45 - they dragged by backside round and did a great job - very much appreciated.

Start was congested and couldn’t hear anything being said on the stage. Some of the volunteers at the road crossings didn’t even look up from their phones to help us across the road. A bit of extra signage in the areas around the first mile or two would be helpful for the back runners. Goodies at end consisted of a water, a Powerade and a cereal bar. T shirt was nice and so was the medal. Not very well supported by the public, so quite a lonely run.

I very much enjoyed this, as usual. I had no issues with the old course, but the new one was better - I hope they keep it. Always a great atmosphere at this event, and it's a lovely place to run.
