A fantastic event every year. Excellent organisation and a warm welcome from the moment you arrive. There is a real sense of community involvement with lots of volunteers at every stage of the event. The spread of food & warm hospitality at the end is the best I have experience...

A fantastic event every year. Excellent organisation and a warm welcome from the moment you arrive. There is a real sense of community involvement with lots of volunteers at every stage of the event. The spread of food & warm hospitality at the end is the best I have experienced. It is a lovely reward at the end of that challenging 9k hill!

Always enjoy this scenic countryside 10k. Fantastic atmosphere, well organised and wonderful hospitality at the end. The only thing I was disappointed in was the official photographer seemed to stop taking photos before all the finishers crossed the line. The last photos seemed to be after the 1 hour mark.

It was an excellent Day all round , well done to the organisers, only thing I would do differently as one of just 4 walkers on the 10k trail , my time was 1:44 ! would be to have the walkers feel less lonely at the finish line, as no one there and no finish photos ,as everyone wa...

It was an excellent Day all round , well done to the organisers, only thing I would do differently as one of just 4 walkers on the 10k trail , my time was 1:44 ! would be to have the walkers feel less lonely at the finish line, as no one there and no finish photos ,as everyone was already in the community centre by that time, not a complaint just a suggestion , maybe have a separate walkers registration , in any case was a great Day and I would not change much otherwise.
