Fantastic race. Completed in 2016 and 2019 and enjoyed both. 2019 noticed improvements and presentation/ to down is now much better being outside and a more community/family event on Monday afternoon. Will be back for sure.

The best ironman in Australia by far. I raced in the original event in Foster and also the first ever race here when they moved it further north to Port Macquarie. Course is great. The road surface is not the best but typical of australian racing. The swim is easy and the run is ...
The best ironman in Australia by far. I raced in the original event in Foster and also the first ever race here when they moved it further north to Port Macquarie. Course is great. The road surface is not the best but typical of australian racing. The swim is easy and the run is a grwat atmopshere. It is a truly awesome venue for an event. Aid stations are plentiful, local support amazing and a brilliant weekend. Forget the other ironmans in Australia. This is the only ome worth doing
