Great route for a January race. Loved the route and variation of scenery. For slower runners (like me) it does feel and relaxed and friendly vibe on the at the finish. On the event website along with above review I made a constructive suggestion about size of race numbers which are huge (they are 21cm x 22cm) in comparison to most other races, especially on smaller female frames. I was left with a sarcastic LOL in the public reply by the organiser. Then had a follow-up email which was basically trying to quote a law that doesn't exist in UK running. This post race communication has made me not want to do this again - shame as I enjoyed the race and feedback accordingly.
