Make sure first-timers, especially older adults, know bike trails are rigorous and require experience and skill with trail riding. Rest of events were very doable. Pool was great for the swim part. Running trail was good, although there were a few roots to watch out for. Last dow...
Make sure first-timers, especially older adults, know bike trails are rigorous and require experience and skill with trail riding. Rest of events were very doable. Pool was great for the swim part. Running trail was good, although there were a few roots to watch out for. Last downhill before the finish had uncertain trail area, or not well defined trail for a few yards. Finish line was awesome!
