First time I’ve run this since about 2010 when it was in a different location. The course is hilly and felt very hard but that’s geography for you! Marshals and organisation mostly good . The start needs a serious rethink in my opinion, the pens suggested were not used and the first few hundred metres are too narrow for that quantity of runners. Really think the pens need to be done and runners leave in actual waves or that first bit of road gets closed off for ten minutes. I thought it was dangerous, sorry
