It was a gift and a joy to run alongside so many dedicated and gritty runners! The course winds through most of the Fox Cities and includes many fabulous moments to high five folks along the way. There were people lining the streets when we ran through neighborhoods, and the diff...

It was a gift and a joy to run alongside so many dedicated and gritty runners! The course winds through most of the Fox Cities and includes many fabulous moments to high five folks along the way. There were people lining the streets when we ran through neighborhoods, and the different aid stations were well marked and stocked (the themes were all great, I loved identifying my Kwik Trip family at aid stations with the big buddies costumes!). It was a humid day but some many smiling folks on the course made it worth the effort! Packet pickup was easy and course was well marked.

Community First Fox Cities Marathon Festival of Races 3 day event has a course for every age and athletic level. The marathon and half marathon course on Sunday morning is a high energy race, marked well with volunteers at corners and at the numerous water stations. The awesome cheering sections through out the course sidelines are so much fun and cheer on each racer! From the minute you step on to the start line until the time you leave the event, you will enjoy every minute of this top notch venue with it's beautiful course! Highly organized packet pick up and bib check at the event expo and nicely laid out post race at the finish line with food /hydration tent and continuous shuttle buss service to assist you in getting back to the start line, all at a well shaded park grounds setting situated on a scenic water shoreline of nearby Lake Winnebago. Community First Fox Cities Marathon is my favorite half marathon! I keep coming back, 2025 was my 10th Fox Cities half!

The comaratery amongst the runners was incredible.. some always saying good job or you got this...the countless volunteers... all the aid stations.. this race ensures you get what you need such as the water and electrolytes... gels... the community in general being there for all the runners... the signs... all the little kids cheering you on... This race holds a special place in my heart. In 2022, it was my 100th marathon. I've done it many times, both as a full & a half. It's the race organization, the folks behind the scene, all of the wonderful volunteers, the fabulous On Pace pacers, the giving back to the community that makes this race so special. Everyone gets involved. The photos & video are an extra-special memory. For me, it's all about the friends we make. And I made a life-time running friend.

This truly was an exceptional course. I've lived in the fox valley my whole life and there were parts of trails I didn't know we had. The time and effort that went into it really showed; it was surreal to be a part of. I thoroughly enjoyed the course, and our valley was showcased...

This truly was an exceptional course. I've lived in the fox valley my whole life and there were parts of trails I didn't know we had. The time and effort that went into it really showed; it was surreal to be a part of. I thoroughly enjoyed the course, and our valley was showcased very well. It was an incredible experience to be a part of, and I hope number of participants continue to grow, the race is surely deserving of it. It was so well put together, any newcomer would have a hard time not finishing. If you want to start, or try a new one, let the Fox Cities Marathon be your choice.

There were enough aid stations (all well-stocked with water and Gatorade) that I didn't need to run with a water bottle - that was nice!
