The course was good however according to my Strava time I finished in 49.10 yet my official time was far different. I reported this and sent the information yet this has not been resolved and StuWeb was very rude and unhelpful. It's a shame because the course is good and well organised plus the goody bag was different but excellent.

Great event, well organised and plenty of friendly encouraging marshals, lovely flattish course on traffic free lanes. My only negative was the positioning of the toilets on the edge of a car park so queueing was awkward, and there didnt seem many toilets for the number of runners and supporters. They were also quite a distance from the start which added to the stress of deciding whether to go one last time or not! Overall I highly recommend this 10k.

This was a very enjoyable, flat 10k where the staff & volunteers are very helpful & friendly. It is a busy start so if you want a good time then try and get to the front as there is a slight bottle neck effect at the start so you would need to weave in and out - however, I found ...

This was a very enjoyable, flat 10k where the staff & volunteers are very helpful & friendly. It is a busy start so if you want a good time then try and get to the front as there is a slight bottle neck effect at the start so you would need to weave in and out - however, I found this helped me keep my pace sensible at the start. Toilet queues are quite long nearer to start time - this is the same at most races. The Scouts did a grand job on the bag drop and were very efficient and polite. It would be nice if runners were encouraged to bring their own hydration or use re-usable cups as I imagine there was a lot of plastic waste with the bottles supplied. The medal and goodie bag were excellent - the best I have ever received including:- cheese protein bites, spinach, mixed lettuce, falafel bites (who knew I liked those!) and and energy gel - that was in addition to the water, banana a chunky kitkat at the finish. There are mini buses to and from the event HQ which are great and the drivers are very pleasant. This was my second year attending this run and is firmly on my favourite list.

First time at this event. Very impressed with the organisation of it all. Minibus from the car park and back again was much appreciated. Great marshals around the course. Lovely atmosphere and made a change from running round Sutton Park (which I can do for free). My watch said 9...

First time at this event. Very impressed with the organisation of it all. Minibus from the car park and back again was much appreciated. Great marshals around the course. Lovely atmosphere and made a change from running round Sutton Park (which I can do for free). My watch said 9.98km at the end too. Would definitely recommend this event to others.

All great considering other 10k I’ve attended this one is better ha many. Toilets are always issues and parking probably can’t be sorted out any better (it’s far but we all run so we all can walk)

This is the second time I have ran Fradley 10k and I can honestly say I’ll definitely be back again! Very well organised, friendly support crew and a great flat course. Well done to all involved 👏🏻👏🏻

Overall a lovely event, great fast course. Just a few things could definately improve the experience. The toilet situation wasn’t great, queued half an hour for the toilet which after the walk from the car park was disappointing! There just wasn’t enough for the volume of people...

The toilet situation wasn’t great, queued half an hour for the toilet which after the walk from the car park was disappointing! There just wasn’t enough for the volume of people needing them! The start was hard, seriously bottle necked with slower runners and took a good mile and a half to get through and run freely which was a real shame! For the amount of people and the tight roads at the beginning, timing pens would definately be beneficial here.

Hi Emily, thank you for taking the time to write a review. Unfortunately there will never be enough toilets at a running event, because everyone wants to use them at the same time! just before the start. we actually increased toilets this year, and exceeded the recommended guidelines which is one toilet per 100 runners. We had 16 toilets Sunday. Were you aware there were four mini coaches to take you to the start from the car park, and back again to avoid the walk? We had a record number of runners at Sundays race, and I appreciate that if you have positioned yourself a little further back at the start, this might be somewhat frustrating. I’m aware that it took over 2 minutes to get everyone across the start line. There is very little we can do to change this. We have tried starting the race in waves, but this causes more problems with the lead runners lapping on the second lap. Hope to see you at another KP Events race soon.

First time at this event and I’d definitely recommend it. The course is scenic, flat and fast. Parking is just over a mile away, but there are shuttle buses, and it’s a pleasant enough walk. The bag drop was ideal and well-run by the scouts for a small donation. The scouts also provided refreshments before and after the race. There was a water station halfway round the course for those that needed it (maybe it could be a bit more eco-friendly as there were lots of plastic bottles!) and the post-race goody bag was great both in terms of contents and actual quality of the bag. It’s only time I’ve ever had lettuce in a goody bag (the race is sponsored by Florette). I’d certainly do this one again.
