Good event which is well organised and easy to navigate. . I can't remember if there is an option to not have a medal as these are not great for the environment

Highly recommended. I took part in the Riverside 5. The organisers dealt very well with flooding on the regular route by making a late change to a measured/certified alternative. The start and finish location remained unchanged. This was well communicated, no fuss, everybody was happy. Great facilities. Plenty of toilets. Good indoor bag storage and changing areas. Flat/fast course with plenty of enthusiastic marshals, great for PBs.

Loved the event, appreciate all the work that went ahead to make it happen given the weather conditions. I got a massive PB so can't really complain about anything! I appreciated the mile markers, but as someone who goes by kms my feedback would be to at least have 5km, 10km, 15km and 20km markers in addition to the miles markers. I was struggling to do the maths in my head, and I wasn't sure if my watch GPS was ahead or behind the course markers.
