This course was very hilly and a last minute diversion route made it half a mile longer and more hilly than it should have been. Lots of bottle necks due to being on very muddy trails. Probably not a course to get a personal best but the terrain is lovely; woodland tracks and country roads. A shout out to one of the villages who created a Mario Mushroom gorge; it really lifted my spirit. A great place to finish the run and the beer and pasty was a lovely touch.

This run is not easy! It's 40% trail the rest on road, and is a very hilly course! However the organisation is brilliant, The marshals are both encouraging and friendly. And the finish is one of the best finishes I have ever done, running down into Eden project is beautiful! Afte...
This run is not easy! It's 40% trail the rest on road, and is a very hilly course! However the organisation is brilliant, The marshals are both encouraging and friendly. And the finish is one of the best finishes I have ever done, running down into Eden project is beautiful! After you have finished you get a lovely hot pasty and a can of Tribute beer (thats the best bit!!!) Completed this run twice now and look forward to next year
