I took part In this event today. It was so well organized from start to finish. With plenty of places to leave your bags ect. I have done alot of open swimming and at this distance but my body wasn't keen on the sea temperature. Near the end I felt worse. A lovely boy in his canoe stayed with me until the end and then I had help from the volunteers. They warmed me up and made sure I wasn't badly hypothermic. Luckily I wasn't. I totally recommend this event for anyone. I'll be back to do it again

Stunning setting for a great and well-supported sea swim event. Excellent for first timers who want a challenge, as well as more competitive swimmers who enjoy beautiful views, a fast course, and a fab atmosphere! Looking forward to my third event in 2023!

Have done this swim twice now 2021 & 2022. Entered 2023 too. This was my first swim like this. Well organised and you feel really safe and looked after. Great swim for a breast stroke swimmer.
