I did this again in 2023 as I loved it so much in 2022. It did not disappoint!! The pre event information was fab. On the day is always well run and support is fantastic!!! Swim - downstream in the River Dee. I do enjoy the swim. Bike - I love the bike. An out and back an...
I did this again in 2023 as I loved it so much in 2022. It did not disappoint!! The pre event information was fab. On the day is always well run and support is fantastic!!! Swim - downstream in the River Dee. I do enjoy the swim. Bike - I love the bike. An out and back and LOADS of Marshalls to look out for you!!! Run - is on the river path and is very spectator friendly. Nice and flat. I will be back in 2024!!!

As my local clubs race this is brilliant for women just coming into the sport or for athletes that want an all female race. It's really well organised with training sessions prior to the event to help alleviate fears. A great race.
